This is The Friendship Audit, and before you dive in, I want you to know exactly what this is and what it isn't.

This is not a tool to rank your friends. It's not a reason to cut anyone off. And it's definitely not meant to make you feel bad about the people in your life!

What it actually is: a space to sit with yourself for a minute and get curious about what connection actually feels like for you. Not what it's supposed to look like. Not what social media tells you it should be — just what feels true right now.

I made this because I think a lot of us walk around feeling a little off in our friendships and we don't always have the language for why. This workbook is my way of helping you find some of those words.

And once you've gone through it, I'd love to hear what came up for you.

I'm building a community column in the newsletter where I share real reflections from people working through this, so you can learn from each other, connect with one another, and feel a little more understood along the way.

You can share your name or handle, or you can keep it completely anonymous. Whatever feels right. There's a form below whenever you're ready to come back to it.
